Worked with them to get the insurance for the small business and had a literary 24-7 support (totally justified the name "Semper", meaning "always" in Latin) for all the explanations … More and inquiries. Couple of times Adam replied to emails at 2am (do not try this at home! :-)) and guided us through the entire process of getting a comprehensive coverage. There were no attempts to upsell or overcharge, on the contrary, they advised us on the optimal balance between cost of the insurance and amount of coverage needed. The main selling point for the Semper Insurance is the honest and personalized approach.
